Pours a hazy light-golden colour with frothy head, great retention and some dirty creamy lace. Saison aromas of citrus notes with the Belgian Ale yeast, fresh grassy hops and mild sourness with hints of coriander. The taste is lighter with a small sharp hoppy notes. The grainy malt is nicely fresh and a backbone to this beer. Since the flavours a milder, the hop seem to show up a little more in this one. A nice dryer Saison.

Picked up a 600ml bottle at LCBO. Pours a very large foamy bubbly white head that sticks around long, great retention. Excessive carbonation. Has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Some sticky patchy lacing. Aromas are of yeast, floral and grass, some wheaty hints as well. Flavours are citrusy, lots of floral and grassy hop notes. Yeast appears more toward the finish. Has a faint tarty and dry mouthfeel.
