In partnership with The Nature Conservancy of Canada to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Creemore Nature Preserve – we have been inspired to create a new beer based on a walk on the property in September, 2016. The beer has a wonderful deep pink hue. The aroma is full of fresh raspberries, peppery, and a zest of ginger. The flavour has a big tart punch of raspberries, lemon zest, notes of honey, and a hint of ginger. The beer is effervescent and dry. Malt: Pale, Wheat; Hops: Opal; Yeast: Belgian Ale; Fruit: Raspberry Puree; Other: Fresh Ginger
