Nakuřované Pivo je charakteristický recept děděný ze středověku. Pivo je tmavé barvy příjemnym dozníváním chuti po uzeněm maje nebo čerstvých klobáskách. Toto pivo rozdeluje kouznmenky na dvě skupiny. Jedna ho miluje, druha řiká uz nikdy víc.

Docene, 500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in a Czech Pivo mug an unfiltered and hazy dark amber-chesnut coloured Pivo with a good one finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. No carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, gently notes of Rauch, cooked vegetables, cabbages. The flavour is moderate Rauch malts, smoked ham, grain and cooked sausage (!). The mouthfeel is round, light fizzy and smooth. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Rauchbier has a dry Rauch finish. The light Rauch feeling makes it as a nice starter brew in the Rauchbier style.
