The “Cream of” single hop series lives on. With a new design and a double dry-hopping. This time we used Simcoe. Next time? Who knows. Maybe something you've never heard of. Watch out! This is not your usual Simcoe, but a select crop in which the fruit stands out while the traditional notes of pine and resin play a secondary role. Citrus, red fruit and tropical fruit aromas wrapped in a dense and silky body thanks to three different types of oats and a touch of lactose for greater creaminess.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Citric aroma and flavour, hints of yellow stonefruits. Not the usual Simcoe notes of resin and tomcat. Soft mouthfeel, easy drinking, nice.
