This absolute beauty was dosed exclusively with mosaic incognito in the whirlpool and than DDH with uneconomical amounts of 100% Cryo Hops…. If you NEED to know what cryo hops were used (we know you do lol)…. ohh just these few… Ekuanot, Cashmere, Idaho7 & Columbus ! Than we added a touch of citra for good measure… This fruit medley profile is something reminiscent of a juice we would have as kids…. super delicate with the perfect hint of sweetness!

1 US pint can, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 7.8%. Hopped with Mosaic, Incognito & Lupulin Powder. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and spruce. Flavour with the same elements as the aroma, not too sweet. The bitterness is moderate.
