This week’s small batch is a delightful little Saison. Aroma is fresh with bright citrus and pineapple, some farinaceous notes, complimented by potent saison yeast funk. Mouthfeel is deceptively smooth, thirst quenching and velvety. Flavour is mild yet miles away from boring. Slightly sweet to start with a refreshingly bitter and aromatic finish from late addition Haullertau and Strisselspalt hops. Brewed with pilsner, munich, vienna and wheat
