Passionfruit and Orange Gose. This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Passionfruit and Orange juice. The addition of sea salt to this beer rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.

Hazy bright light-yellow colour with a small white cap, not staying long and a bunch of bubbles stuck to the glass. Citrus nose with lemon peel and orange juices, giving some mild sourness and decent fruitiness. The taste shows the citrus with the passionfruit in the background. Light sourness at first with a dryish finish and hints of salt on the tongue. Refreshing, fruity - decent gose.
