Wizard of Gose (“gose-uh”) is Bandit's take on the traditional sour-salty style. This variant is brewed with their house strain of lactic bacteria and conditioned on Mango and Tangerine juice. The addition of sea salt rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.

Mango juices aroma at first with the tangerine notes coming out later to overtake. Hints of vanilla. Cloudy yellow colour with a small fizzy white-yellowish cap. Fruity sourness with more of the mango, and as this fades in the finish, light saltiness is left on the tongue. A nice refreshing mango-fruity Gose.
