This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Sour Cherry and Cranberry juice. The addition of sea salt to this beer rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.

Hazy pinkish colour with a beige hue. The head is big, creamy off-white (pinkish as well) with good retention and nice foamy lacing. Berry nose with hints of saltiness, freshness. Refreshing mouthfeel with some decent sourness and light saltiness in the finish. The cranberry and cherry notes are present in the taste, not being too sweet, but add the nice fruitiness. An easy-drinking Gose.
