This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Pink Guava and Blueberry juice. The addition of sea salt to this beer rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.

Looks like can exploded in my beer stash, and scared the shit out of my GF during the day. I put my next batch of this gose-series in the fridge. Clean, light-peach, small off-white cap not lasting much. Berry, tropical fruit aromas with some sourness. A nice mix of blueberry, guava and sourness in the taste with some light tart and saltiness. Gets a little hazy at last pour. Goes down nicely !
