This Gose was brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria and conditioned on blueberry and boysenberry puree. The addition of sea salt to this beer rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.

Thanks to Chopz for this one. Small can from the brewery. Pours an average size foamy pinkish head that goes away after awhile and has a slightly murky beet coloured appearance. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Aromas of berries are quite noticeable straight away with the blueberries with some wheaty and yeasty notes, subtle floral notes. Flavours are equally abundant with the berries, most notably blueberry and boysenberries. Lots of sourness on the palate but with a bit of sweetness to balance it out.

Nice, lots of berries in this one. The blueberries and the boysenberries that give notes of raspberries and blackberries. A little hazy red with reddish frothy cap, decent stay and some light patches of lacing. Berry tart nose. The sourness really comes through in the taste with the all of the berries. A tad tart left. Not getting much salt for a Gose, but a nice berry sour beer.
