This version of our rotating hops Double IPA features GALAXY hops, giving this beer nice balance of papaya and tropical fruits. Notes of pineapple and a soft bitterness, this IPA was double dry hopped resulting in big, juicy flavours.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy, lightly creamy white cap, good stay and leaving some nice dirty lacing. Herbal, grassy hop nose with some citrus shine. Same for taste. Decent bitterness, but not too much for this brewery. Drinkable, somewhat dry, but refreshing and easy.
