Double Dry Hopped IPA. Light, fluffy, pillowy, and soft, it’s easy to see why we named this DDH IPA Cloud. With 30% of the grist composed of wheat and oats, this super-pale IPA features an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and a huge, persistent head. Cryo Citra hops bring an extra intense burst of citrus and tropical fruit, with subtle mango and stonefruit from a smaller Galaxy addition. This beer’s moderate body gives way to a pleasant medium dry finish, with very low bitterness.

Hazy pale yellow colour with a warm frothy-creamy cap, good retention and some beautiful creamy lacing. Citrus and pineapple aromas from the hops here, blended with tangerine hints. Some good dryness in the mouthfeel, yet refreshing. A few particles runs through it. Citrus peel and juice flavours.
