Purchased at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Store. This is the flagship pale lager for the brewery, which isn’t saying much. A fizzy yellow beer in all aspects with typical adjunct flavouring of wheat, corn, metal, and acidic notes. Stay away.

Pours a pale yellow with a 4 finger off white head that takes its time. Nicely carbonated. Aroma is lightly malted with a lemony sweet backing but it is very faint. Taste is lightly malted and sweet. Very much watered down. Meh.

Bit too light for my taste buds. Color too bright, good foam. Taste dissapeares quickly and one wonders did I drink? Think this beer is may be too watery. (Moscow)

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Baltika glas mug a clear straw-yellow coloured lager with a generous two fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, corn, mild notes of spices, vanilla and hints of aciditic fruits, citrus. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, corn, a faint citrussy acidity and weak herbal hops. The mouthfeel is thin and watery. This light to medium bodied lager has a dry ( weaky bittter ) finish. A very easy quaffable lager. Not really bad but ..!

Pours out pale yellow with a tiny white head that goes away quickly. Aroma is really faint and of hops. Taste is same, just a faint touch of hops on the finish. Very clean and crisp. Not what I expected but nothing special.

didn't stack up particularly well to the other Baltika beers. pretty average at best...no complexity, non-offensive. you'd have this at a game if nothing else were available.

This one poured with a pale golden color. Big frothy white head. Settles in a moderate time, leaving a white cap atop the beer. The nose is malt and grass. The carbonated body is moderate bodied smoothness. And the taste is straight forward. All about the malt. But not overly sweet. Really a refreshing quaff.

I found this to be a very average pale lager in every respect. I'm not sure exactly what I paid for the bottle, but I suspect that it was too much for the quality of the product. Might just as well drink a Bud.

Pours yellow-golden with inch-thick white head and thick lace. Aroma of cheap malts, light hops, citrus, and mild spice. The mouthfeel is smooth, rich, and full-bodied. Flavors of malts, hops, lime, and mild spices. Pretty tasty.

This one poured a clear yellow color with a frothy white head.It had a somewhat bland aroma with a slightly sweet malty flavor and a good finish. Not a bad beer, but not great either.
