This was the first stout I had adventured to have in over 20 years, having been the macro fan that I was. Taste of chocolate and coffee - really nice I could not detect the alcohol. I'm hearing there are better and I'm looking forward to them, but for right now I thought this one was great.

I liked this this beer. I found a lot of fruitiness and a nice balance of malt and hops. I don't know that I would actually seek this out again, but I was not terribly disappointed.

I remeber haveing many skunked Becks in years past but after deciding to revisit this one after many years I was actually surprised. The 6 pack I purchased wasn't skunky at all. I'd place it a step above your average American beer, but there is nothinghere to qualify it as outstanding.

I found this to be a very average pale lager in every respect. I'm not sure exactly what I paid for the bottle, but I suspect that it was too much for the quality of the product. Might just as well drink a Bud.

Went out to a local Japanese restaurant and this was one of the three choices available. It was also the one I found most objectionable. Appearance, feel, aroma all fine but there was an unusaul unidentifiable taste that just didn't cut it.
