It is an original beer inspired to Belgian tradition of "Bières Blanche". A local grown wheat is used on purpose for this beer. Its scent is elegant with dominating notes of fresh field flowers, camomile and mallow. High quality coriander gives the spiced flavor typical of a real "blanche". In the palate are present fruity notes of abricot, pear and fig. It is very balanced and extremely easy -drinkable, that's why it is joking called "beer for children". Excellent with hors d'oeuvre and with fish , actually is strongly appreciated as aperitif.

750 ml corked and waxed bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, large white head. The aroma is distinctly spicy and rather yeasty, notes of coriander, hay and citrus. Fairly light bodied. The flavour is medium dry and refreshing with notes of coriander (less prominent citrus), short finish. A decent enough witbier - but is it that much better than other witbiers to make the higher price acceptable?

Clear yellow, white foam. Light green apples aroma, barley dominance in taste. Strange for a wheat. Had better beers from this brewer, but it as a gift. (Velp 201512)

Pours a hazy, semi-translucent apricot with a decent, if effervescent, eggshell head. Crisp, malty aroma has notes of pear and banana. Flavor is malty and fruity, crisp and refreshing, if not complex. Texture has average viscosity but good fizz. Love the charming little bottle - OK if all you need is a quick snort of social lubricant.

Bottle at the " Mondial de la Bière 2009 " in Strasbourg. Poured a hazy straw yellow colored ale with a thin white foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. Intense carbonation. The aroma is wheat malts and huge aciditic fruits, citrus, lemon orange. The flavour aciditic fruits, citrus, orange and spicy, pepper (!), ginger. The mouthfeel is very assertive and nice aggressive. This light bodied ale has a great fruity end. The perfect beer for a sunny day in the summertime.

cloudy white colour with absolutely no head, spicy and honeyish aroma, corn in the nose, full-bodied, sweet, long dry and honeyish aftertaste - unusual and charming
