Our Cherry Double Dunkel is a traditional German Weizenbock conditioned on almost two pounds of tart cherries per gallon. German white and caramel wheat provide rich, bock-like flavor, while German weizen yeast adds the spicy and fruity character German wheat beers are famous for. Secondary conditioning on copious amounts of cherries lends incredible aroma and a subtle tartness to the beer, creating a complex and unique layering of flavors to enjoy.

Pours a butterscotch like , extremely cloudy. 2 finger white head that takes it time. Aroma is heavy on the bananas with hints of cloves. taste is spicy with a farmhouse style body. Slight metallic backing. Cherries are not very strong as I first thought. Very chewy. Not my kind of beer. Very spendy at 13 bucks a bottle and not worth it.
