I’ve been waiting for a guide to come and take me by the hand - mostly to take me to a good grisette. Our iteration is brewed with heaps of red malt, floor malted pilsner malt, and fluffy flaked oats & wheat, then hopped with a generous helping of Azacca, Simcoe, and Hallertau Blanc hops. Drink it. Dance to Joy Division.
