An interesting brew. This is called a stout on the label, which the appearance confirms as a super dark brown-near black appearance. Very bubbly so pour slow. Aroma is sour. Flavors of chocolate malt, tart fruit, and some spice in the background. Very bubbly so pour slow....has that European feel to it...kinda like champaigne. Nice to try, but not really my style here....even though stouts are one of my favorites.

Brownish-ruby colored beer with a small, two fingered soapy textured light tan colored head. Settles fairly quickly into a medium sized ringlet. The nose is sour/yeasty. That sourness in tasting comes from a vinous profile. Good, just strange considering the labeling tours this as a stout.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Very deep ruby colour, almost black, with a big creamy beigeish brown head that leaves quite rich lace. Aroma i strongly malty, a bit liquoeirice, herbs as well as a bunch of spices. Flavour is liquorice, some peppery notes as well as strongly malty. Not that much hop at all.
