We believe in Karma. We suspect most of you do, too. It truly is a global concept. Very simply put, "you get what you give." Inspired by this principle and the wonderful farmhouse and pale ales of Belgium, we've created Karma Ale, a decidedly fruity and estery ale, intricate in body and nose, all driven by a unique Belgian yeast strain. Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

pours a clear, honey colored orange, with a small thick off white head that recedes rapidly leaving a thin film of foam. The aroma is balanced aroma of sweet malts and citrusy and floral hops. The taste is slight citrus bite, that gives way to a malty sweetness. The mouthfeel is light on carbonation and medium bodied.

Lively pour. Champagne head that quickly disipates. Honey color and almost no aroma. Maybe some bread or cake. Flat watery mouthfeel. The taste is a little sour but good in a weird way. There is bread and yeast. No hops. Sour finish

    12oz bottle
5.4% ABV (as marked on bottle)
    The Beerbistro (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
    August 26, 2011
    $8.75
The beer poured a hazy orange-gold colour with a thin white short-lived head. The aroma was light fruits, yeast, grains, citrus, and funk. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was grassy malt, yeast, and honey.

I wasn't sure what to make of this, but I know I didn't like it. A golden coloured pour with a sour aroma. A little yeast is present but not a lot. Flavour is all over the place. Not well balanced at all.

Slightly hazy copper head with a smal head and a small amount of lacing. Has a very sweet aroma and flavor with little hops. A little fruity with some caramel. Not the kind of beer I like, but I don't taste any of the cardboard or mustiness that you sometimes get with a lower quality version.

This poured an orange color with a moderate white head. The aroma contains some spices and herbal notes. Can I be more generic? This might take a while.....some apricots and cloves are also present. The flavor isn’t bursting with flavor but it does contain more citrus notes namely oranges, also some malty notes and good dose of spices. Mr Generic strikes again. Overall this is a nice session beer but far from a complex Belgian

12 fl. oz. bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV not mentioned on the label. Orange to amber colour, moderate to low white head. Dusty and uninteresting aroma, notes of cardboard. The flavour has some fruitiness, but is otherwise dusty, bland and boring. Minimal hops. Disappointing.

Pours a nearly clear amber with a tight thin head and some lacing. Fruity and slightly yeasty aromas, floral hops and also malty sweet nose. Taste is slight ripe sweet fruits with some yeast then some sweet malts, then a touch of floral hops bitter. Nice, clean, easy.

pours slightly hazy light orange with white foamy head. smells of delicate fruits (apricit, plums) yast and a touch of hops. palate is light and refreshing, but the flavor is still substantial. slightly more yeast and fruit driven than the aroma, but still light and delicate. ever so slight hop bitterness and boquet. better than i thought it was going to be.

This ones pours a semi hazu golden orange color. Big soapy offwhite head. Settles quickly. But leaves behind some nice lacing. Bread and grass rise to the nose. There is a lot of carbonation. Nothing offensive. Light bodied, but smooth. It is refreshing with piney hops, and a subtle sweetness touching the palate.
