Full-bodied with roasted, coffee undertones, our stout is mashed with over 100 pounds of oats to give it a smooth, creamy profile. Nitrogenation is employed to produce a thick, creamy head and to enhance drinkability. Its name is a tribute to the former bar and restaurant that formerly occupied ours! The Brewmaster's wife's favorite!

Standard stout aroma. Chocolate, coffee, and some molasses. Flavor profile was nice with enough roasted malts, coffee-like bitterness and sweet chocolate to keep things interesting. Lingering bitterness.

just a touch on the thin side, but it is on nitro, so i'll cut it a little slack. the flavor is big enough for it, though. very nice chocolate/coffee/roasted malt flavor, smooth but thin body, lingering aftertaste slightly bittersweet.
