Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and great lacing. Aroma of dry European hops with some semi-sweet Belgian malt and a spicy yeast. Taste is also a nice mix between some semi-sweet Belgian malt with a dry hoppy finish and light peppery yeast aftertaste. I thought I detected some light DMS or corn flavor but not enough to ruin this one for me. Full body with great carbonation and no alcohol was apparent. I have to say that this was a lot better then I had anticipated and definitely more complex then some of the other iffy offering from his brewery.
