July 2016: 750 ml corked & caged green bottle, as Au Baron Cuvée des Jonquilles Blonde, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Very pale golden colour, huge white head. Very nice fruity and spicy aroma. Slightly sweet, fruity and lightly spicy flavour, easy drinking and quite enjoyable, but a little more bittering hops would not hurt.

Spice, funk, citrus and herbs greet the nose and palate. Pretty nice, though the dusty aroma isn't something i'm a big fan of and it also mutes the otherwise pleasant flavor as well. Quite carbonated and prickly. ok overall.

Corked bottle. Bought in the brewery. Unfiltered and bottle refermentation. Poured from the 750 ml bottle into the adapted tulip glass. The colour is a cloudy gold with a massive white head that left nice laces on the glass and had a good retention.Aroma has fruity yeast and malts character. The mouthfeel is very rich, it's a full bodied beer. The taste is a big solid malt presence upon which I note flavors of citrus, lemongrass, herbs. The finish is long and grassy. A super balanced beer. An always beautiful successful experience. It's, for me, the best brewed beer on the french territory !

Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a rich lively white foam. Yeasty, bready and rather funky aroma of mild lemon, all-spice, wet wood, pepper amd wet grass. Full but still fresh flavour of orange-peels, cork, wet grass, minerals and spices. Long finish of mild spices, orange-peels, hay and wet wood. Quaffable and refreshing with it’s funky farmhouse character

Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of skunk, light grassy hops, lemon, and light sweet malts. Taste of citrus, lemongrass, herbs, grassy hops, some yeast, and light alcohol as well. Moderate carbonation.
