Pours clear, slightly reddish amber with a thick, fine-bubbled, and fairly persistent eggshell head. Aroma offers wheat, cherry and hay notes. Flavor ramps up the wheat, adds some tartness to the cherry character, and tosses in a snip of bitter evergreen hops. Mouthfeel presents typical effervescence and fizz. Cherry cheers!
