Our version of India Pale Ale. Brewed with European malts and Northwest hops and then generously Dry Hopped with Cascade Hops for a nice citrus finish. Truly a Salvation for all Hop Heads.

I agree this beer was anything but an IPA, more like a weak APA. pours a hazey cloudy orange colour. Head was nice sized, white and semi citrusy. but for the most part the flavor was weak on hops and fruit. Not a whole lot of floral character in this one.

I don't see how this is an IPA... Way to yeasty with little or no floral hops. Wierd mouthfeel where the beer lingered in the mouth too long and got way to bitter

Free bottle from a mix pack won at a raffle. This beer poured with a pale golden body topped off by a thick frothy white head that left pretty good lace down the sides of the glass. Aroma is floral hops with some lemon and maybe even a touch of pine, a slight malty backbone is noticeable as well. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and very acidic, not very drinkable, I couldn't see myself having more than 2 or 3 of these in one sitting. The flavor is hoppy but not in an intense or abundant sense, there's a subtlety to the citrus and piney flavors with more emphasis on the floral flavors and suprisingly this actually a decent malty balance. Not really what I look for in an IPA but I think this could be a pretty good transition beer from your typical BMC beers into IPAs and other styles.

12 oz gusher, I was able to salvage the good majority of the beer. Aroma is full of citrus and hops, lots of lemon. Hazy golden orange pour with a real thick dense head and layered lacing. Based on the gushing bottle and haze I do suspect this may have had an issue during bottling. Mouth feel is a stinging bitterness on the tongue, thick and really rough. Flavor shows what could potentially be a nice hop profile coupled with some decent malt, but an overpowering hop bitterness is just too much to tackle. This one is just too unfinished and rough to be decent.
