Farmhouse ale brewed with grape must aged in wine barrels To celebrate the union of two amazing couples, this beer was created by bringing together many parts in order to make one wonderful entity. Utilizing a combination of neutral oak and freshly emptied red wine barrels, we married a golden base beer with Riesling must. Aged for over 4 months and then bottle conditioned for another four months. Notes of dried apricot, rose petals, and honey present themselves in this beer fermented with wild yeast and lactobacillus.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
750 ml bottle, corked and caged. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small fizzy white head that quickly goes to a thin roiling film.
The aroma is musty peppery earthiness and vanilla oak with some sweet fruity vinous notes.
The flavor is sweet fruity white wine and apple cider with some bitter earthy notes. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, interesting, but tastes more like a cider and white wine mix than a beer.
