A dark copper color with a minimal white head. The aroma contains some caramel, lemons, and a strong herbal deal. The flavor contains some caramel, lemons, grassy notes, and some ginseng? This beer was ok but I dont get the herbal overload with this brewery.

Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours a golden-amber with a slight head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of hops, some malts, and a slight floral note. Taste is hoppy with a good malt base and dry bitter in the end.
