Our double IPA has a big, explosive hop flavour. It's brewed with a sh&t ton of hops and a sh&t ton of malt. Miraculously enough, this beer came out hoppy and flavourful, without being super sweet.

Bomber from Central City. Such an odd name for a beer. Wonder what it means? Cloudy pour of gold/orange, and a smaller head of ivory. There was a ring with this one. Subdued aroma, grapefruit and pine for the most part, some underlying malt. Solid mouthfeel. Flavour really came alive vs the aroma. Ample grapefruit and pine, and nicely balanced with malt. Quite a decent effort, and far better than their "regular" IPA.
