This ale is characterized by the dominating presence of hops, caramel undertones as well as its longlasting bitterness and smooth and malty aftertaste. Bold, pure and surprisingly dry, making it easily drinkable with seafood and ripe cheeses. > Good balance between hops and malts > Aromas of caramel and malty aftertaste > Smooth, clean and dry taste with a hint of caramel which lingers in the mouth > Pairs well with seafood, especially mussels, as well as sharp cheeses

Tall can. Pours a medium size frothy off-white head and has a golden light coppery appearance. Big thick dirty lacing. Lively carbonation. Aromas of floral and citrus hops, some yeasty notes and a bit grassy as well. Flavours are citrus and pine hops, yeast, some grass and herbal notes. Quite a bit of bitterness on the palate. Also a bit of a drying mouthfeel.

Enjoyed this one with my bandmates at Joe Smoked Meat in Quebec City (right before one of our shows). Poured an amber colour with a big light-beige head with great retention and good lacing. Aromas of grainy malt and hop. The mouthfeel was refreshing, being crisp and dry. Great smooth bitterness that did not last much into the aftertaste. Pretty good IPA overall that is not too strong in taste, but is much better than macro wannabe IPAs.

not even light! IPAs should have hops, yes? this is the least hoppy india pale i've ever had! none in the aroma, none in the taste. why is this called an IPA? As a beer, it's ok at best, but as an IPA a total joke, and I'm grading it as such. A hopless IPA. What's next? A yellow stout?

We should have a category for light IPA because La ciboire would fit perfectly...Copper with a very faint hop aroma...Again acrid mouthfeel not smooth at all...Bitter but not complex at all,no fruit or floral flavor only plain bitterness...A bad one!
