Cette belle brune aux reflets rougeâtres dégage des arômes de miel et de cerises. Son goût prédominant de miel s'harmonise bien avec les céréales brunes caramélisées pour lui donner son côté sucré. Cette bière de dégustation ne laisse pas paraître son fort taux d'alcool.

Pours a clean copper-amber colour with a beige head, decent stay and some sticky lace. Very sweet nose with some dark fruits (prune, dates), coffee, molasses and mild roasted malt. The taste is thankfully not too sweet with the hops balancing things. The coffee notes are still present. Even though sweet, the honey is overpowered by other notes. An interesting, good winter beer.
