Loads of rye and oats combined with an active saison yeast made for a tasty base beer, and after spending 9 months in French Oak red wine barrels with Brett Brux, the complexity is off-the-charts. Earthy flavors of toasted almonds, cedar, pine and oak are balanced by the fruity apricot, orange flesh, and floral rose - byproducts of the yeast. The final product is a dry, complex sippin’ beer.
