A Belgian Quadrupel brewed on Antwerp's classic water profile. We craft this specialty style using additions of dates, raisins, and dark Belgian candi sugar which together offer a dark amber color and bold stone fruit aromas. The flavorful esters from Belgian Trappist yeast are married with the powerful body over a nine month resting period. Finally, it is finished in Fiddler Bourbon barrels from Atlanta-based ASW Distillery. This bold yet balanced style is best enjoyed in the colder winter months.

Pours barely translucent chocolate with a minimal beige head. Aroma gives chocolate, roast malt, nutty and earthy tones. Flavor provides chocolate, roast malt, nutty, earthy, subtle coffee tones. Texture has good body and peppy fizz. Fiddle away!
