Doomrider DIPA is a new double dry hopped double IPA with a bit more restrained sweetness and a pronounced citrus peel-like bitterness. Built on a foundation of @crispmaltings outstanding Extra Pale Ale malt and pillowy Naked Oats, we then hopped this beast with a trifecta of the finest and juiciest hops we could find; Mosaic, Moutere & Vic Secret. Malts: Extra Pale Ale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats Hops: Mosaic, Moutere & Vic Secret Yeast: WLP066 London Fog

440 ml can, as ABC (Apex Brewing Company) Doomrider DIPA, from Vinmonopolet Herbarium, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of guava, papaya, pineapple and honeydew melon. Medium sweet flavour of said fruits, also some citrus, and a moderate piney bitterness in the finish.
