High Rollers Wheat Beer is made with 40% wheat malt, 60% pale malt and special low alpha acid hops, which allow the natural tartness of the wheat to shine through. Its effervescent head, delicate tangy taste, and crisp clear finish make it a refreshing, thirst quenching delight. High Rollers Wheat Beer can be enjoyed alone or with a slice of lemon. Excellent as an aperitif or with lighter fare, such as gazpacho, salads, or sushi. Unlike most cloudy wheat beers, this unique brew is sparklingly clear and has been known to win over even the most ardent domestic beer and wine fans. Best when served in a tall pilsner-style glass.

This beer misses the mark by a fair bit. It’s not bad, but the flavors are muted and what is there doesn’t make me wish for more. Part of the problem is the style, which is inherently fairly boring. However, it’s a boring beer in a somewhat boring style. Ok, that sounds harsh. It’s not really bad. At any rate, the beer is nice looking. It’s golden liquid with a nice white head. The wheat notes are too mild. Clove lingers in the background. The dominant flavor is just a bland malt tone that would seem more appropriate from a mediocre lager. A hint of lemon is one of the few positives.

a little sweet up front with a bitter finish. doesn't seperate itself, but it's a drinkable above average wheat. Can't figure out how it's this low...it's better than more than half the beers ahead of it for sure. worth a try.

Looks like any other ubiquitous pale yellow american beer. Just a little hazy. Smells fairly good, without any negative connotations. Decent carbonation on the palate. First taste is sort of alky on the impact. Fairly bitter initial taste bud sensations. Has an interesting orange peel hint in the background. Short biting bitter finish. Not quite what I was expecting in a wheat beer. 52437 6/08

I have had better american wheat beers than this. Anderson valley usually puts out very good beers so this was dissapointing...Weak aroma, appearance is much of that of a lager, and the flavor is lacking..average overall

This is probably the weakest of all the beers I have had from Anderson. I expected more but the title could be misleading, as this was not a serious mans wheat beer. It was very pale with a frothy head that had no stature. Flavor was decidely weak. Wouldnt buy again since they have better alternatives.

Quite the unappealing beer. Hot day, really looking forward to quaffing a nice cold wheat beer. This falls flat on it's face in nearly every way. Aroma was tart and lemony with little of the classic wheatiness you'd expect. Appearance was clear, bubbly, big head and gold in color. Mouthfeel was average, medium bodied, clean finish. Flavors were tangy, slightly wheaty but extremely weak. Other than being wet and cold, I couldn't say much else in favor of this beer. Poured out the remaining 6 ounces. Not a drainpour, but I just didn't care to finish the rest.

Medium gold color. Large foamy head. Aroma is lightly malty and hoppy. A filtered American wheat. Not much flavor. Mainly tastes lemony and kind of tart. No balance to this beer. Think Coors makes a wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is bitter and lemony. Not Good. Disappointing.

This was a pretty boring beer. Its a yellow color with little head. Some citrus, wheat, and cloves in the flavor. Overall this was a weak effort but American Wheats are difficult to make above average. So why even attempt to brew them?
