A deep yellow colored beer with a moderate sudsy, white head. There's some hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet is left. There's a sourness in the nose. More of the same in the tasting with a suble hint of watermelon. Crisp, clean finish

pours a clear golden body, traditional, semi-clear, with a big fluffy bubbly white head that dies out to a mere ring, no lacing. The aroma is sour, and a juicy / herbal / vegetal cactus melon aroma. A light, but pleasant aroma. The taste has big burst of citrus sour. The juicy / vegetal melon cactus flavor is a wonderful pairing. The mouthfeel is smooth, crisp, clean and very light-bodied and easy drinking
