Have a thirsty towel handy - my sample fizzed like mad. When it stops doing its best imitation of Old Faithful, it pours barely translucent apricot with a fairly thick eggshell head. Aroma presents tart pomme and tropical fruit, citrus, a hint of fresh malt. Tart, zesty grapefruit dominates the flavor but shares the stage with tropical, malty and pomme notes plus a woody hint. Texture offers good body and perky fizz. This Boreal won't bore you!
