A stronger, more robust version of porter, Baltic Porter originated out of a necessity for beer to last during shipping across the North Sea in the late 1700's. Our Rye Baltic Porter is brewed with 20% flaked Rye Malt and aged for four months. Layered flavours of dark fruit and chocolate lead way to an Earthy spiciness from the Rye with a smooth lager finish. This beer will continue to evolve in complexity in the bottle for six months.
