// High fermentation beer, 9.0 % alc. vol, brewed with a special selection of Pascussi Coffee produced by the local company, based in our region, and pur cane and Malawi sugar. A structured but elegant beer with a hint of hazelnut and Italian espresso. Suggested pairings : It is particularly adapted to pairing with desserts with a mascarpone base, especially tiramisù, but also perfect with spicy, rich meats. Ideal serving temperature : 6 °C - 8 °C. Ingredients : string water, barley malt, cane sug., coffee, hops, yeast.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

355 ml capped bottle. Poured in a snifter an unfiltered and opaque dark, dark-brown, close to black, coloured I P with a short one finger tan foamy head that hat a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans and spicy vanilla, a licorice touch. The flavour is roasted and caramel malts, roasted coffee beans, black chocolate, dark fruits, redcurrant, bilberries, blackcurrant, plums. The mouthfeel is sparkling, bitter and quite smooth. The texture is watery. This medium to full bodied I P has a dry roasted coffee beans and fruity finish. The aftertaste is late spicy, chili and light warming. With a more fulled substance, surely an amazing brew, nevertheless this I P is a Good Ale. I like the rare redcurrant feeling. I enjoyed this Italian Imperial Porter.
