Denne Wookiee IPA er et samarbejdsbryg med californiske Port Brewings brygger Mike Rodriguez samt stifter og brygchef Tomme Arthur, der var en tur i Danmark den 9. marts 2011. Det er en ægte amerikansk Westcoast IPA, hvor der ikke er sparet på humlerne. Og der hersker ingen jantelov, når vi siger, at vi er stolte af denne øl!

    500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.2%. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Large white head. The aroma is dominated by American hops, strong notes of spruce, pine and grapefruit. The flavour is fairly dry and very hoppy, with a massive chinine-like bitterness in the finish and the long aftertaste. Balance, in this beer? Don’t even think about it!

    Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is cat pissy, quite tart bitterness along with some slight caramel malts. Flavour is caramel and crystal malts along with some fruity and floral notes. Rather bitter in the finish.
