This brew - Morpheus Extra RA (Restyled Again) is identical with Alvin previous brew IPA restyled - only it is now brewed in house yeast Morheus. A Belgian IPA with American hop varieties such as Chinook, Amarillo and Cascade, a slightly hazy, golden brew with a strong, solid foam. Superb aromas of yeast and fresh fruity hops. The aroma is hoppy clearly with both grass and citrus as the dominant hue. The taste starts sweet and a bit malty, and end of a dry and crisp, clearly bitter hop flavor .... a detail, this beer is 70 IBU. [Machine translated by Google Translate]

it's a yellow-orange beer cloudy and unfiltered, it had a thick and creamy foam, it felt barley, freshly ground grain, smells of lemon and ginger it exposes in mouth, my tongue was invaded by a nice bitterness powerful and deep. I found the flavors of lemon and spices, it's nice !

750 ml capped bottle, with 68 IBU, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Alvinne stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered and strong hazy rich golden-amber coloured Belgian IPA with a two fingers light beige soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sweet toasted malts and aromatic resinous hops. The flavour is sweety toasted malts, notes of caramel and a deep floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, fulled and bitter. This medium to full bodied Belgian IPA has a long hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant and flavourful Belgian IPA from Vlanderen.

I had this beer with my Danish colleagues on 20 January 2011 watching the Handbole match between Denmark and Slovakia. The beer is a Belgian IPA and is quite nice - a solid beer that I am glad to have tried and otherwise would likely never have had the opportunity to taste. Thanks Gert - got this gem from Belgisk Bryg - www.belgiskbryg.dk
