    On tap @ 10 East -

Not quite a IIPA or what I would call an IIPA, more like an IPA and a 1/2. A sweet caramel aroma, showing some earthiness, grapefruit and some light pine. Flavor equal the aroma nearly note for note and the bitterness on the finish is long and enjoyable. A nice beer and I didn't get any of the "ganja" aspect of it, as I do with many other beers (like Firestone/Green Flash). Not bad though.

Tasted on tap at the 13th Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/9/2013. This Imperial IPA pours a medium amber gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of piney, floral and citrusy. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and floral. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Medium bitterness IPA. A touch of orange and tropical at the finish. Nice beer. A mouthfeel is full and round. The finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
