An original wheat beer, unfiltered specialty from the Algäu Alps, this features a tangy, fresh, very balanced and mildly fruity yeast product. This pairs well with fresh, light cuisine such as walleye, whitefish, and trout or mild goat cheese.

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a Bavarian Weizen Vase an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured HW with a generous two fingers slightly beige, dense and creamy pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, riped bananas. The flavour is wheat malts, fruity, bananas, spicy with notes of cloves and pepper. The mouthfeel is light crispy, quite thin and a bit sourish. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied HW has a dry malty and fruity finish. A decent Hefeweizen from the Alpen feet in Bavaria. If not bad at all and well presented, this Allgäuer Büble Edelweissbier lacks of stuff and charm.
