Aw Alley kat the local brewer I love to support and hate at the same time. Beer numer two of the night and I did things in the wrong order, I started with Brooklyn black chocolate stout..... can alley kat do any better? Lets find out. Not better but my first impression is that this is good. Dark brown body, no real cap to speak of, only a bubble ring around the edge of the pint. This beer appears to be smelless... faint hints of sour, possible spice, maybe apple juice. Tatse aint to bad, coffee, a out of place banana, vanilla, possible chocolate, no alchol. Very nutty finish. So very hard to get a good lock on any of the flavours. Not a bad attempt really, but its still a bellow average.
