This is the perfect brew to welcome the warmer weather. It is a refreshingly tart summer quaff. Notes of citrus and pepper on the nose. A somewhat fruity flavour profile with a tart drying finish. Farmhouse Ale (also called Saison) finds its origins in Wallonia, the southern region of Belgium, where farmers would brew them during the fall and winter months for consumption by workers in the summer.

Golden light brown with a 1" rocky noisy crown floating on top. Sour dough bread with lemony notes in the nose, yeast and some pepper are showing up to. Highly drinkable, nice light flavor, wheaty, citrusy, peppery, all the right flavors for the style. The sour becomes to prominent the longer I drink and its the wrong kind of sour if you kn ow what I mean. But dam you can just slam this stuff. Great effort for the style but falls a little short.
