Ned, Allagash’s first employee, owns New England Distillery. He used our bourbon barrels to produce his Rum. He then returned the used barrels to us on a day we were producing Odyssey. We filled them with Odyssey, and Winslow was born. The name Winslow comes from the artwork on Ned’s Rum label; a painting by Winslow Homer. ABV: 13.5% Grains: Allagash 2-row Malted Barley Blend, Red Wheat, Roasted Barley Hops: Perle, East Kent Goldings, and Czech Saaz. Spices/Other: White Cane Sugar Yeast: House Original Gravity: 1.077
