We brew this saison with sumac berries and then age it in Portuguese red wine barrels with our House Brettanomyces yeast strain and souring bacteria, allowing a delightful medley of flavor and aroma to develop. Light, refreshing, and vibrant—this beer showcases notes of lemon, tropical fruit, oak, vanilla, and herbal spice—that finish wonderfully with a tart, dry mouthfeel.
