Sampled on 3/1/2012 on tap. This saison pours a very cloudy amber orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity and sweet, honey, lemon grass and spicy. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, with some honey, lemon grass and juniper. The hops are herbal and slightly spicy. Nice carbonation. Some orange and orange peel, juniper and lemon grass are mostly in the background. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly spicy.
