Our neighbors from New England Distilling made a spirit called Rack IV Saison by aging our Saison beer in barrels. They kindly gave us the barrels they used to age Rack IV and we filled them back up with our Saison. The result is a rustic and dry beer that picks up a hint of whiskey and vanilla from its time in the barrels, continuing our cycle of friendship.
