Sampled on 3/1/2012. This pale lager pours a fizzy yellow color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized quickly dissipating white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, grainy and sweet. A light to medium bodied Pale Lager. The malts are grainy and cereal. The hops are herbal and spicy. Decent carbonation. Kind of grainy, with some corn and perhaps some rice. There is some residual sweetness at the finish, that’s a little unpleasant. Not totally horrid, but there is not much else here. Hey. I know! Its your typical Euro/Macro Pale Lager! Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A bright amber colored beer. A small frothy textured, white head rises briefly above. It settles fairly quickly into a moderate, soapy ringlet. A light bready nose. That same bready taste with some grassy hops on the palate. Mediumbodied and creamy. Quite good.

Off the tap at Alibi's in Carlisle, PA; Overall, it is perhaps best described as a slightly upscale BMC offering. It was in fact a lager, but wholey average in every sense of the execution. Lack of character, but went well with my hamburger.
