A chaotic blend of Citra hops and Trappist-style yeast give this IPA aromas of summer fruit and a bright hop presence with a plush finish. Bedlam is all natural and unfiltered for superior flavor and quality. It is brewed with passion and is best enjoyed that way.

Pours a cloudy copper color with a light tan head that leaves some spidery lacing on the glass. Very unique, with citrus, mango, apricot and the distinct aroma of Belgian yeast on the nose. Taste is similar to the smell, but the yeast has the strongest character and lasts the longest. Dry, pleasant finish. Medium mouthfeel. This is the second Belgian-Style IPA that I have had recently and have been pleasantly surprised with them. I was not a fan of them in my earlier tastings with them, but the Belgian yeast has grown on me. ;)

Bottle may have had some age on it as the malts were pushing aside the remaining hop character. Nice murky orange body with a solid cap and spotty lacing. Passion and citrus fruits with toffee and caramel. Medium bodied with very little bitterness for an IPA.

Sampled from bottle. Thanks Phishpond! This IPA pours hazy copper-orange with a thin head. The aroma is bold citrus and mint-like hops. Nicely bitter and hop dominant. Some bready malts are present behind the mint-citrus-pine hops. Medium-bodied with zesty carbonation. A refreshing beer.

What an amazing nose! The citrus hops just jump out of the glass, really enjoyed that. From an appearance standpoint, a hazy yellow/orange, fairly typical of the style. Flavor-wise reminded me of the Stone Cali-Belgique, good malt body with hints of spice and hops that really worked well together.

Another stellar brew from pfoxyjohn and Ale Asylum: a slightly murky copper amber pour with a medium creamy head and tons of lacing throughout. Aromas of apricot and grapefruit in the hops, which is not overpowering, ripe peaches and a little orange and a slightly sweet Belgian yeasty thing going on. Taste is mildly hoppy but still big on taste with apricots, peaches, grapefruit balanced with nearly sweet goodness. No big bitter hops linger. Excellent offering. Thank you John!

packed with aroma and flavor...toeing the line of some dbl ipas. huge citrus and pine aroma with just a touch of yeast. some yeasty fruit esters also make their presence known in the flavor, with a bit of a dry finish, but it's the big juicy hops up front. a tasty smooth brew, courtesy of pfoxyjohn.

Tried this before it was being bottled at Ale Asylum in Madison, WI. Just visited over the weekend and bought a six pack at Whole Foods in Madison. Very pleased with this beer! Orange pour with a nice head. Excellent lacing around the glass. Aroma of citrus and hops. Flavor is citrus with hops. Great beer!

Gotta love the Citra hop. I was pretty unaware myself, that this brew was out. But I spotted it at the store and picked up one to try it out. Pours a bright orange amber, very litte head. Nice lacing though. Quite sticky. Aroma is sweet, like pineapple and mango fruit. Taste is spicey, floral and semi sweet. Tart finish, that ends a bit abruptly.
